Countries like China and India, which are riding on a digital wave are being identified by global food chains especially because of their huge consumer base. Brands like Domino’s pizza and Pizza Hut have already invaded deep into food their food culture and they deploying chatbot interface on every digital channel such as Facebook Messanger, Twitter, Skype and mobile Apps to connect to their customers.
Apparently, we are not going to experience any AI apocalypse at least in near future as seen in sci-fi movies, but the limited service segment is definitely going to leverage the AI and chatbots as more food chains invest in automation technology.
